As of June 2020, all but one of the 73 Hawksley BL8 prefabs in Lower Bullingham, Hereford, have been re-roofed and have had new exterior cladding, predominantly brick (14 Panson Place is currently being clad). Only 23 Orchard Gardens retains its original exterior; the inset porch of this model is unusual.
These prefabs evidently have many years life left in them
